The rooms were remarkably clean and cozy, with recently renovated and comfortable furniture. The hotel is situated in a key location, very well connected to the city center and surrounded by nice restaurants. The complimentary breakfast provided at a nearby café was sufficient, including a coffee and Italian sweets. the hotel offers a great value for money experience.
The Wi-Fi was not properly working, especially during the peak hours of the evening. the cleaning lady started knocking on doors early in the morning, which was a disturbance and interrupted the restful atmosphere of the stay.

Great location in Piacenza. Convenient access to buses and walking to city center. Recently renovated rooms with good wifi. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. Excellent bathroom with the best shower. Gracious, helpful, and courteous staff. Modern and attractive premises. Up-market and quiet neighborhood with restaurants nearby

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was always clean and well-maintained with fresh towels provided daily. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the city center and my workplace. Additionally, there were many great restaurants in the area that stayed open late. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Cannot find any fault.

The breakfast was disappointing, with only one option to choose from and not much variety. the Wi-Fi was unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.
